The Alajuela 33 is a traditional double end cutter built in Hungington Beach. This boat is a proven blue water cruiser with lots of Pacific Ocean crossings under her belt from Alaska to Mexico and Hawaii. She is set up for single and shorthanded sailing with an electric cabin top winch to help with the halyards and both electrical and mechanical autopilots.
This boat has been completely refit over the last 3 years and is fully capable of pushing off tomorrow to get off the grid to the South Pacific. Owner has installed Starlink satellite internet service. The bottom was serviced and repainted 3 months ago. The boat has a brand new mainsail, new eisinglass dodger and canvas bimini on deck. Owner installed new Raymarine electronics and chartplotter. The standing rigging, running rigging, and so much more has all been upgraded over the last few years.
The boat comes with a transferable slip in the La Mariana Sailing Club on Sand Island where the sun is always out with great sailing in the Keehi Lagoon.
