The Beneteau First 36.7 is well balanced between cruiser and racer. It is set up below as a comfortable cruiser for overnights yet gives you the performance to take to the racecourse for exciting and fun racing. As a wheel driven boat with a large cockpit and clean modern lines she will turn heads on the racecourse and give the crew and skipper plenty of room to maneuver the boat. The 36.7 was designed by Bruce Farr, one of the most renowned designers in the world and constructed by the Beneteau Group. The current owner has taken great care of the boat throughout its life with stainless steel rod standing rigging still well within its serviceable lifetime. The bottom was painted and top end of the engine was rebuilt. Owner has a whole suite of sails from spare jibs and main to spinnakers.
The interior layout is oriented towards the family cruiser and doesn't sacrifice any space or amenties. There's a massive double quarter berth to port and a single quarter berth to starboard, both within their own enclosed cabins. The forward stateroom has a large V-berth with shelves along the hull and a decent sized hanging locker. The L-shaped galley to port has a 2-burner stove with oven, double sink, top loading refrigerator and drawers and cabinets with teak doors for storage. The forward facing nav station is generous with storage in the chart table and under the nav seat. The forward head is fully fiberglass for practicality and cleanliness with a toilet, sink and shower. The salon has two large settees to port and starboard with a fold dine table with leaves. There are plenty of port lights and hatches allowing for ample ventilation and natural light.
