The Keehi Marine Center is a private gated marina is located in the calm waters of Keehi Lagoon, minutes away from Honolulu International Airport & Waikiki. The marina was completely rebuilt in 2012 and features 30′, 40′, 50′, and end tie slips.

General Rules
Keehi Marine center is a private facility open to harbor tenants and those who have reservations with the ship yard. Contractors including bottom cleaners or anyone who is doing work on premise must have business insurance and

Live Aboard
$12 per foot on overall boat length/month in addition to slip fee, if approved. Keehi Marine Center limits the number of live aboards in the marina and you must be approved prior to getting a slip.

Slips are available for long term tenants. There is no temporary mooring or slips available unless you have prearranged with the shipyard for emergency repairs.

All fees are based on the greater of: The overall length of the vessel, from bowsprit to stern and NOT waterline length

In order to obtain a slip you must first provide the list of documents below:
- Slip application and questionnaire (found below)
- Recent photos of vessel
- Identification (passport, driver’s license, state id)
- Vessel Registration or USCG Documentation
- Employment verification (letter from HR or GET license)
- Copy of 2 most recent pay stubs or GET return for self-employed
- Letter of good standing from bank
- In water survey and inspection within 6 months (with all major deficiencies rectified)
- Insurance (minimum $500,000 liability combined single limit with additional insured as follows:)

Wait List
The waitlist depends on the size of your vessel. Smaller narrower vessels may have a shorter wait time (~1 year) vs larger, wider vessels which may have a wait well over 2 years.
