Joe grew up in Florida, but has been a boat owner and resident of Hawaii for over 25 years. He currently holds his 200-ton Captain’s license and is one of the most experienced interisland charter skippers in Hawaii. Joe is often found racing in the waters off Oahu actively campaigning his 1D35 race boat in the regatta circuit. He is an active member of the Hawaii Yacht Club and an active contributor to the boating community.
